Our approach to ship and cargo brokerage circumscribes a complete commercial management. Contrary to that, a limited role is played by our traditional broker. We are an extension of the principal . It takes care of identification and fixing of suitable vessels, liaison with the agents, shippers, sellers and receivers. It also guarantees error free documentation to protect the interests of every principal. At each stage, Sailorcom keeps in close contact with the chief mate to take instructions and authorisation.

We are responsible to the principal for arranging the port, berth and husbandry services and facilitating activities between sellers and buyers. Catering to the requirements of the clients we undertake the following key roles :

• Booking the vessel in and out of the port
• Arranging the pilot and tug boat services
• Providing information on the crew and any passengers
• Ensuring the ship’s documentation complies with international regulations
• Advising customs of the ship’s arrival and departure
• Logistics involved with provisions and fuel
